Terms and conditions for voting members

Voting members have the opportunity to directly influence the strategic development of the institute by exercising their right to vote at the General Meeting.
Voting rights are one vote per fully paid-up 2500 euro membership subscription per year. However, each single member's right to vote is restricted to a maximum of 20 percent of the total voting rights.

Subscription for associate members

The subscription for associate members is required to be paid once annually. Our Board of Trustees has set 1500 euros as minimum amount. In excess of that the companies themselves can determine the amount they subscribe. As a rule the following scale applies:

• Smaller companies:
  1.500 bis 2.000 Euro p. a.
• Medium-size companies:
  2000 to 3000 euros p. a.
• Large companies:
  Minimum 3000 euros p. a.

The subscription fees can be treated as tax-deductible invoice amounts.
