General terms and conditions for EHI events
- Fees:
The fees for trade conferences, congresses and seminars include working materials, lunch on the first and second day of the event, coffee and cool drinks during the event. Add VAT. - Discount for EHI members:
For attendees from companies which are full members or associate members of EHI e. V., deduct EUR 100.00 (trade conferences, seminars) or EUR 50.00 (day seminar/day workshop) from the fee. It is not possible to obtain materials used in an event without participating in it. - Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received no later than 14 days prior to the beginning of an event (handling fee: EUR 50.00 plus VAT). If cancellation is received later, up to one week prior to the beginning of the event, half the fee will be charged. After that, or if you are a no-show, the full fee will be invoiced. Fees are payable net cash prior to the start of the event.
