§ 1 General
Your personal data (e.g. name, address, email address, telephone number, bank account details, credit card number) are processed by us in compliance with the provisions of German data protection law. The following regulations advise you about the type, extent and purpose of the collection and use of personal data. This data privacy statement refers solely to our websites. If links on our web pages take you to other websites, you should look for information there about how your data will be handled.
§ 2 Contractual data
- Your personal data will only be used for the purposes of performing the contract where this is necessary in order to establish or modify the contract relationship or to determine the contractual arrangements (contractual data). It is necessary, for example, to send your name and address to the suppliers of goods in order to enable these to be delivered to you.
- Your personal data will only be made available to third parties who are not involved in the performance of the contract with your explicit consent or if this is permitted/required by law. Your data will be blocked for further use as soon as the contract has been performed in full. Upon expiry of the relevant tax and commercial regulations this data will then be deleted unless you have explicitly consented to its further use.
§ 3 Web analysis using Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics: a web analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”; these are text files which are stored on your computer to analyse the way you use the website. The information about the way you use this website created by the cookie is usually sent to and stored on a Google server in the USA. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address is truncated beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a server of Google in the U.S. and truncated there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator to evaluate the way you use the website, to collate reports on website activities and to provide the website operator other services related to website and internet use. The IP address sent by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data held by Google. You can always change your browser settings to prevent cookies from being stored; however, we draw your attention to the fact that, in these circumstances, you may find that you are unable to make full use of functions on the website. In addition, you can prevent the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) being recorded and sent to Google, as well as processing of the data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “anonymizeIP()” to ensure that IP addresses can only be processed in truncated form to rule out direct personal reference in connection with the stored data.
§ 4 Information about cookies
We have optimised our website by using cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored in your computer’s temporary memory. These cookies are deleted when you close your browser. You can prevent cookies from being set by activating the “disable cookies” option in your browser settings. However, this could affect your ability to make full use of the functions on our website.
§ 5 Social Plugins von Facebook
We use social plugins from facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The plugins are identified with a Facebook logo or with “Facebook Social Plugin”. If you access a web page with a plugin, your browser will contact the Facebook servers. Data (such as your IP address and information about which websites you have visited) is sent to and stored on these servers even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not logged into Facebook. If you click the “Like” button, for example, or add a comment, the corresponding information will be sent from your browser directly to Facebook where it will be stored. Facebook will continue to show your “Likes” to your Facebook friends. If you are logged on to Facebook your visit can be assigned by Facebook directly to your Facebook account. Details about the way in which your personal data is used by Facebook and your rights in this respect can be found in the Facebook data policy. If you do not wish Facebook to assign the information collected about you via our website to your Facebook account you must log out from Facebook before going to our website.
